Ryan Broughton, CPA, CA - Partner/Head IT Professional
Ryan was born and raised in Quesnel and later attended UNBC in Prince George to obtain a Comptia A+ Computer Technician Certificate as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting. Ryan worked for a regional accounting firm for 5 years and became a key member of the firm's audit and corporate departments. Following a merger with a global accounting firm, Ryan decided that a change in office atmosphere was necessary and he decided to partner with Shelley Bevz in January of 2013. In 2014, he was happy to announce the joining of Kane Fraser and his staff to the team, thus creating FBB Chartered Professional Accountants LLP. Ryan's goal is to create a strong team environment that allows for staff, clients and the firm to work together to create and sustain success.
Ryan has three young children and looks forward to raising them in the Quesnel area. He also enjoys golfing in the summer and playing hockey in the winter.

Ashley Sanderson, CPA - Accountant
Ashley was born in Brandon, MB and raised in Prince George, BC. Ashley attended UNBC to obtain her degree in Bachelor of Commerce and majored in Accounting. Ashley worked for a regional accounting firm for three years where she met Ryan Broughton, CPA. Following a merger with a global accounting firm, Ryan decided that a change in office atmosphere was necessary and Ashley could not agree more. Ashley has been part of the FBB Chartered Professional Accountants LLP team since its establishment in 2013. Aside from work, Ashley enjoys any outside activity ranging from camping, running, hiking, to snowboarding and snowshoeing. Ashley also enjoys being part of her community and volunteers for various organizations throughout the year such as Operation Red Nose, Festival of Trees and more.

Charlene Sanderson - Staff Accountant
Charlene was born in Winnipeg, MB, and raised in Prince George, BC. Charlene has had numerous years ensuring customers receive the highest quality of service. Charlene started working at FBB Chartered Professional Accountants LLP in September 2014. She has obtained her diploma in Accounting and Finance in April of 2018 from the College of New Caledonia. When she is not at work, Charlene likes to volunteer at various organizations throughout the year. In Charlene's spare time she enjoys making crafts and exploring the wilderness with her dog.
Malcolm Lambert, CPA - Senior Accountant
Malcolm is thrilled to be a part of the team at FBB Chartered Professional Accountants LLP. Born and raised in Prince George, BC, he has always had a deep connection to the community and a passion for helping local businesses and individuals achieve their financial goals.
He graduated from the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) in 2021, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance. After completing the CPA program in 2023 and obtaining his Chartered Professional Accountant designation, Malcolm has worked hard to build a foundation of expertise that he brings to his role at FBB.
Before joining FBB, Malcolm spent over six years at a local accounting firm, beginning his career in 2018. During that time, he gained valuable experience working with clients across a wide range of sectors.
At FBB, Malcolm is optimistic about the future and energized to contribute to a firm that prioritizes exceptional services and meaningful client relationships.
Outside of the office, Malcolm is likely hitting the pickleball court or the golf course with his friends. When he’s not immersed in the game, he enjoys unwinding by the lake, surrounded by friends and family!
